Oversee full-lifecycle recruitment strategies and workforce planning in collaboration with line managers.
Formulate and standardize regional human resources policies, frameworks, and compliance guidelines across all operating entities.
Lead end-to-end operational workflows, ensuring accuracy in benefits administration, statutory filings, and payroll inputs.
Manage regional performance appraisal cycles, objective evaluations, and job description reviews to support headcount planning.
Oversee compensation structures and benchmarking initiatives to maintain internal equity and competitive market positioning.
Guide people managers on employee relations, engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and digital transformation projects.

skills and experience required.

Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of generalist human resources experience, preferably within financial services or dynamic regional corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and familiarity with regional labor regulations across Southeast Asia or Asia Pacific.
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
