Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team focused on high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and financial sponsorship in the Southeast Asia region. This role offers the opportunity to lead transactions and collaborate with international colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Investment Banking team in Singapore, engaging with colleagues across Southeast Asia and internationally.
Focus on mergers and acquisitions, advisory services on strategic investments, and private fundraising across the region.
Conduct regular coverage of financial sponsors and local corporations to identify, incubate, and execute relevant transactions.
Support and actively participate in new business origination efforts.
Lead junior bankers during transaction executions to ensure efficient collaboration with international teams.
Prepare and deliver client presentations that effectively communicate key insights.
Manage critical aspects of business and financial due diligence, and draft marketing materials.
Review and negotiate transaction documentation to align with client and business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investment advisory, and private fundraising across Southeast Asia.
Demonstrated track record of successfully executing relevant transactions.
Established network and relationships with financial sponsors and local corporations in the Southeast Asia region.
Strong self-motivation, adaptability, and a passion for handling cross-border transactions.
Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues globally.
