In response to business expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated professional to oversee integrated risk governance, regulatory compliance, and legal administration.

Formulate and execute enterprise risk frameworks while conducting periodic reviews to strengthen internal control mechanisms.
Track developments in local supervisory guidelines, including MAS Notices and the Singapore Insurance Act, ensuring operational alignment.
Facilitate executive-level legal administration by managing contractual agreements, non-disclosure filings, and regulatory correspondence.
Maintain comprehensive registers for corporate litigation matters, key statutory deadlines, and external counsel engagements.
Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory authorities, external auditors, and legal advisors on compliance matters.

Skills and experience required

Sound knowledge of local regulatory standards, including MAS Notices.
Strong background in enterprise risk management, operational compliance, or paralegal coordination within financial institutions.
Domain experience within insurance, reinsurance, or broader financial services sectors.
Demonstrated adaptability to handle dual responsibilities across risk mitigation, compliance enforcement, and legal workflow coordination.
Excellent communication and diplomatic skills to manage interactions with senior management, regulators, and external legal counsel.
