Job Summary: Lead maintenance operations for industrial painting, blasting & rotating equipment

Location: Tuas, Singapore
Salary: $5,000 - $6,000/month

Job Description:

Our client, an established player in industrial maintenance services covering fixed and portable painting, blasting, and rotating equipment, is looking for a Senior Maintenance Executive to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance projects across their main workshop and multiple operational sites.

What You'll Do:

Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities on fixed and portable painting, blasting, and rotating equipment
Create and review safe work procedures and work method statements
Schedule manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project timelines
Support maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds, and ad hoc site maintenance activities
Manage contractor/vendor compliance, competence, and cost verification
Enforce WSH policies, permit-to-work systems, and risk assessments
Monitor budget adherence and drive operational productivity improvements

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Marine, or related Engineering discipline
5-8 years in industrial maintenance, engineering services, construction, marine, offshore, O&G, petrochemical, or asset integrity
Proven experience managing site operations, maintenance projects, shutdowns/turnarounds, or service delivery teams
Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
Knowledge of coating systems, abrasive blasting, corrosion protection, or tank maintenance an advantage
WSQ WSH certification, BizSafe knowledge, or Work-at-Height Assessor/Supervisor certification an advantage
Proficient in MS Office ERP/CMMS experience a plus
