We are looking to add to our Legal Technology team:

1) Legal Technology Project Specialist

You will champion the adoption of legal technology solutions (including AI tools) across the firm, taking ownership of projects from inception through to delivery.

Working closely with practice groups and the Technology Department, you will scope and manage legal technology projects across their full lifecycle, as well as oversee the firm's legal technology vendor relationships, which includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. Beyond implementation, the role involves driving knowledge management and adoption by organising training sessions and other related events, maintaining solution documentation, and resolving practitioner queries. Gathering user feedback to align technology strategies with practical business needs, staying informed of emerging legal tech trends, and identifying challenges that can be addressed through innovative solutions are also key aspects of the position.

Who We Are Looking For

You will ideally hold an LLB with 2–3 PQE or relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or services environment.

You are someone with:

Experience with contract review
Familiarity with legal technology tools and an understanding of how lawyers work day-to-day is an advantage
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Sound commercial acumen and well-developed interpersonal skills
Initiative and will be proactive, with the ability to work independently
The versatility to move between strategic thinking and detailed troubleshooting

2) Legal Innovation Technologist

The primary responsibilities will be to support the firm's legal technology initiative and its overarching knowledge and innovation strategies. This includes the following:

Support the deployment, implementation, administration, and optimization of legal technology solutions, including reviewing, managing and monitoring adoption and user accounts.
Support risk management by maintaining appropriate records and compliance documentation to ensure user records are complete, accurate, confidential, and readily accessible when required.
Track and analyse usage metrics and prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and business insights that support strategic decision-making.
Create and maintain project-related documentation and training materials to support the roll out of legal technology projects or initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows through automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional projects involving legal operations, regulatory compliance, data governance, privacy initiatives, and enterprise technology adoption.
Organise and facilitate workshops, trainings, demos, and other technology-related events for the firm.
Support strategic projects or initiatives as they arise, to develop, manage and deliver the project (from identifying user requirements to bringing an idea through to Proof-of-Concept development and delivering the project to end stage deployment).
Work with the firm's technology partners and technical experts from within and beyond and manage legal technology vendor accounts.
Support product and/or event communications for launches and key product lifecycle updates.

Skills Required:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Law, Legal Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
1-3 years of work experience in related sector, ideally in a law firm environment or technology services company
Customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to work independently with strong sense of initiative
Resourceful and has the ability to translate business needs into technology needs

Experience Desired:

Experience in legal technology solutions or operations is highly advantageous
Event organisation and training within a professional services environment
Knowledge of key steps in an IT project process is highly advantageous
