Job Description

Own the portfolio strategy for Thailand, including customer segmentation, portfolio growth, and profitability optimisation, balancing business scale with sustainable returns.
Lead go-to-market and growth strategies across both short- and long-term horizons, identifying opportunities to expand customer acquisition, engagement, and product adoption.
Drive credit product strategy and management, including the design and optimisation of key product features such as pricing, repayment plans, revolving credit, and other financing solutions.
Manage the existing customer portfolio and develop targeted strategies and campaigns to improve conversion, product usage, retention, and overall customer value.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities; translate insights into actionable business and product strategies.
Partner closely with Risk, Product, Technology, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to develop business plans and drive initiatives from strategy through implementation.
Continuously improve the customer journey and product experience, identifying opportunities to enhance product efficiency, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably within consumer, digital, or SME lending, or other retail financial products.
Strong builder mindset with experience in areas such as business strategy, management consulting, go-to-market, consumer growth, product strategy, or related functions. Experience in consulting, internet, fintech, banking, or financial services is preferred.
Strong analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience using data and business insights to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and support decision-making.
Strong problem-solving and execution skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to independently drive initiatives forward.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external stakeholders.
