Requirements

Degree in Business or equivalent, Data Science, Statistics majors is preferred
Leading small teams to grow and able to provide support for people development
SQL is a must, good to know Python

Strategy: Proactively develop hypotheses, identify problems, structure analyses, and design solutions
Data analytics: Apply statistical techniques and analytical tools to uncover insights, test hypotheses, and support decisions using large datasets
Product development: Build prototypes and MVPs, then iterate through successive versions based on data and user feedback
Execution: Manage stakeholders and real-world operating constraints to bring strategies and products to life and deliver measurable value

Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline, or demonstrated quantitative experience in lieu of a degree
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, software development, product management, or strategy consulting top-performing fresh graduates and candidates from alternative career paths are welcome if they can demonstrate the relevant skills
Experience working with large datasets beyond Excel and/or developing automated workflows
Familiarity with statistical techniques and at least one data analytics stack, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, regression, forecasting, or hypothesis testing
