Summary

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist on a fixed term contract for 6 months to join the Global Business Services (GBS) team. The role requires a basic understanding of HR processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Participate in an HR operations documentation project, supporting the audit of existing employee records and identifying gaps or missing documents.
Remediate documentation gaps by collecting, scanning, and uploading relevant materials into the Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Review employee files to confirm compliance with Singapore labor law requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to clarify documentation needs, gather missing information, and support successful project delivery.
Maintain well-organized records and logs of audit findings, remediation actions, and document uploads.
Ensure confidential handling and secure storage of employee data throughout the project.
Assist in preparing reports and progress updates for project leadership and management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and employment regulations.
Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a shared services environment.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, etc.) is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
Good organizational and data management skills.
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative approach with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
