This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the overarching business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to meet project milestones and adapts strategies to evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
