About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to own the day-to-day marketing engine behind our launch. This is a full-time, fully virtual role reporting directly to the CEO. You will be the person who makes our HubSpot instance sing - running campaigns, automations, and reporting end-to-end- while using AI tools (Claude) as a core part of how you work to produce more, faster, and to a higher standard. You are equally comfortable executing the details and thinking about what will move the numbers.

What you'll do

HubSpot ownership: Manage all aspects of HubSpot - CRM data and list management, workflows and automation, email/EDM campaigns, forms, landing pages, sequences, and lifecycle stages.
Marketing automation & EDM: Build and optimise lead-nurture journeys and email campaigns that convert prospects into Founding Partners and keep our audiences engaged.
Content & LinkedIn: Draft and schedule LinkedIn content and EDM copy, coordinate social scheduling, and keep a consistent brand voice across channels.
Campaigns & lead generation: Plan and run acquisition campaigns end to end, from targeting and messaging through to follow-up and handover.
Data, reporting & CRM hygiene: Own dashboards and funnel/KPI reporting, keep the database clean and reliable, and turn numbers into clear recommendations.
AI-powered delivery: Use Claude and related AI tools to accelerate content, research, reporting and campaign production - with strong judgement on quality and brand fit.

What You Bring

3-5 years in a hands-on marketing role, with demonstrable, deep HubSpot expertise across CRM, automation, email and reporting (certifications a plus).
Practical, everyday use of AI tools such as Claude to do the work - not just curiosity, but real output.
Strong copywriting and marketing-automation skills, with a track record of running campaigns and EDMs that perform.
Comfortable with data and reporting; able to self-manage, prioritise and deliver in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Excellent written English; must overlap Hong Kong business hours (GMT+8).

Nice to have

Experience in B2B, HR/L&D, professional services or a start-up/scale-up.
Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, Canva, and email/CRM staging workflows.
Interest in HR technology and the Asia market.
