As a Civil & Structural Engineer, you will support the delivery of sustainable and innovative rail infrastructure solutions across major projects in Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region. You will contribute to civil and structural design, analysis, and construction support across the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and planning through detailed design and construction-stage support. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with internal specialists and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on complex rail and transport infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity

Deliver hands-on structural design for complex rail and transportation infrastructure projects, including underground structures such as MRT stations, tunnels, and shafts.
Prepare and review structural design calculations in accordance with Eurocode and relevant Singapore standards.
Lead and coordinate structural design activities with architects and engineers from other disciplines across multidisciplinary project teams.
Manage project deliverables including reports, design documentation, and technical correspondence with clients and authorities.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and support construction-stage activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Is this role right for you

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
Minimum 10 years structural engineering experience with strong involvement in MRT, railway, or major transport infrastructure projects in Singapore.
Proven expertise in the design and delivery of underground structures such as stations, cut-and-cover tunnels, and shafts from concept to construction.
Strong technical capability in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ROBOT, SAFE, or equivalent) and familiarity with Singapore codes and LTA requirements.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving ability, and a passion for developing innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
