Agridence builds the software that helps the world's agri-commodity supply chains trade with trust. We give buyers, traders and processors of rubber, palm oil, cocoa and coffee the traceability and compliance they need in a fast-changing regulatory world, turning regulation such as EUDR and PPWR into practical, defensible product. We are a lean, fast-growing team with a European and Singapore footprint, and most roles here carry real ownership.

The opportunity

We are hiring an APAC Commercial Lead to own and grow our Singapore and regional revenue. This is a player-coach role. You will carry and close key deals yourself while raising the execution quality of a small local team, running a disciplined weekly rhythm, and acting as the first point of contact for commercial matters across the region. It sits at the heart of our regional growth, so your work is visible and your ownership is real.

What you will do

Own APAC revenue. Deliver the regional commercial number at or above target, personally closing a meaningful share of the larger, more strategic deals that need a senior closer in-market.
Build and protect the pipeline. Maintain healthy pipeline coverage with a balanced mix across SaaS and strategic buckets, so growth is consistent rather than spiking only after events.
Run a reliable forecast. Own the quality of the APAC forecast into the group process, keeping deal stages realistic and challenging weak deals early with dashboard evidence, not anecdote.
Coach the team to a steady cadence. Run weekly pipeline, deal and forecast reviews plus 1:1s, and lift the baseline of prospecting, meeting preparation and follow-through across the local team.
Convert events into pipeline. Ensure fast, disciplined post-conference follow-up and turn a strong share of event contacts into real discovery conversations.
Keep the data trustworthy. Enforce CRM hygiene so every active opportunity has an accurate next step, close date, owner and stage that Commercial and Finance can rely on.
Work AI-first. Make AI and automation the default for meeting recaps, activity capture, follow-up drafting and reporting prep, cutting manual admin for you and the team.

What you will bring

Must-haves

A track record as a B2B SaaS or enterprise closer who leads from the front in a regional role.
Credibility as a player-coach: you can run a weekly cadence, coach reps, and step into important deals yourself.
Comfort with pipeline management, forecast calls, CRM hygiene, and dashboard-led execution.
A clear sense of what good RevOps looks like, even if you are not a RevOps architect.
Fluency with AI and automation tools to reduce admin and sharpen execution.

Nice-to-haves

APAC market familiarity, ideally Singapore-based, with exposure to Southeast Asia commodity, supply chain, sustainability, or compliance-led selling.
Experience converting conference-led pipeline into a disciplined outbound motion.
A habit of working across product, operations and finance teams to unblock deals.
