Job Responsibilities:

Lead Instrumentation & Control (I&C) engineering activities for offshore oil & gas projects.
Prepare, review, and approve engineering documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
Design and support instrumentation, control, safety, and ICSS systems.
Ensure all engineering work complies with client requirements, industry standards, and regulations.
Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
Lead technical reviews, bid evaluations, vendor document reviews, and package integration activities.
Support project activities such as HAZOP, SIL studies, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup.
Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and provide effective solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers.
Drive engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
At least 10-15 years of Instrumentation & Control engineering experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
Proven experience with FPSOs, offshore platforms, floating production facilities, and brownfield projects.
Proven experience in FEED, detailed design, project execution, commissioning, and startup.
Experience leading engineering teams or acting as a discipline lead on EPC/EPCI projects.
Good knowledge of industry standards such as IEC, API, ISO, NORSOK, and classification society requirements.
Experience with control systems, safety systems, and ICSS integration.
Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with clients and vendors.
