Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
Experience in managing and optimizing workflows and integrations specific to human resource service delivery.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions that align with business needs.
Skilled in code review processes and ensuring adherence to best practices for software development.
Competence in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software products on schedule.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
