Driven, networked, and consultative Sales & Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth across Singapore and the broader regional market.

In this role, you will be the primary bridge between design vision and commercial execution.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, specify our sustainable acoustic products during the early design phases of commercial fit-outs, and see projects through from preliminary quotation to final site installation.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

1. Design Specification & Client Engagement (B2B Sales)Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with commercial interior design firms, architectural practices (e.g., Gensler, M Moser, DWP, A49), acoustic consultants, and MNC project management teams.

2. Conduct engaging product presentations, studio visits, and Lunch & Learn sessions to educate designers on technical acoustic capabilities ($216text kg/m^3$ density, NRC performance, GREENGUARD Gold air safety, and BCA Green Mark compliance).

3. Identify upcoming commercial fit-outs, corporate office relocations, and government/educational tenders early in the design phase to lock in company's specifications.

4. Project Management & Commercial ClosingEngage with main contractors, carpentry subcontractors, and quantity surveyors to convert specified design proposals into closed, paid purchase orders.Prepare accurate, competitive project quotes, cost estimates, and custom surface proposals using internal pricing tools.

5. Coordinate closely with in-house design, CAD, and warehouse/operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery, material delivery schedules, and smooth installation sign-offs.

6. Pipeline & Market Development. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline within CRM, tracking projects from initial lead discovery through design specification to final award. Attend key industry networking events, design exhibitions, and green building symposiums to represent company and capture new market leads. Monitor competitor activity, market pricing trends, and product innovations to continuously position Pepperwall as the market leader.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years of proven B2B sales/business development track record in the building materials, architectural finishes, commercial interior fit-out, or premium furniture sectors.

Network:

Active, existing relationships with Singapore-based commercial interior designers, architectural practices, and main fit-out contractors.

Skills: . Strong consultative selling ability-able to read architectural floor plans, understand spatial layout requirements, and pitch technical ROI (acoustic performance + ESG sustainability metrics).

Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
