Overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to help build, automate, and support our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. Required to have strong expertise in Linux administration, Ansible, Terraform, and the GitHub platform (GitHub Actions, GitHub Repos, GitHub Packages). The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating infrastructure, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Linux-based systems in production and development environments.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning cloud and on-prem resources.
Automate configuration management and server deployments using Ansible.
Write and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python) to streamline operational tasks.
Manage and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (optional but preferred).
Monitor system health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or cloud-native tools.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to support smooth deployments and platform reliability.
Implement and enforce Git workflows, branching strategies, and repository standards.
Improve system resilience through performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident management.
Maintain strong security posture, including patching, IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
Document infrastructure, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
Deep knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure provisioning (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
Proficiency with GitHub platform, including:
GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
GitHub Repositories & branching strategies
GitHub Packages, runners, workflows
Experience with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Load Balancers, VPN).
Strong scripting skills in Bash, plus familiarity with Python.
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Solid understanding of DevOps concepts and SRE principles
