Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating feedback into future development cycles.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Internet of Things (IoT) Platforms.
Experience with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of system architecture and integration techniques related to IoT solutions.
Ability to design and implement scalable software components that interact with hardware and cloud services.
Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in IoT environments such as Python, Java, or C++.
Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance within distributed systems.
