Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
Experience with version control systems and automated deployment tools.
Strong understanding of software build processes and release pipelines.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in complex environments.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
Knowledge of scripting languages to automate release and configuration tasks.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration & Release Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
