We are looking for aResearch Fellowto conduct research in the area of analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design. The role will focus on the development of analog in-memory computing macros for AI accelerators. Experience in tape-outs and industry will be highly appreciated for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading analog in-memory-computing macro design
Leading analog-to-digital converter development
Leading test chip development
Leading test chip testing

Job Requirements:

PhD qualification degree in integrated circuit design or related field
At least 23 years of relevant experiences in industry / technical hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design
Familiarity with research environment
Good written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and tape-out flows
Competent in presentation skills
