Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:45pm

Job Responsibilities

Support corporate compliance, internal audits, and risk management activities
Review and maintain contracts, policies, SOPs, guidelines, and other corporate documents
Coordinate internal and external audits, follow up on findings, and ensure timely submission of supporting documents
Monitor compliance requirements and support staff training and awareness initiatives
Coordinate corporate projects with internal departments, regional teams, external legal counsel, and HQ in Japan
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and corporate planning activities
Support process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc projects assigned by Management

Requirements

Degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Business Management, or related discipline
2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or a Japanese company environment
Experience in corporate compliance, internal audits, ISO / JSOX, or related processes is highly preferred
Strong documentation, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential matters
