Our client is a leading AI-powered technology company specializing in intelligent solutions that support digital transformation and business growth.

Responsibilities:

I. Order Management and Business Coordination

Manage client order requirements, including confirming recurring orders based on inventory levels, sales performance, and current sales plans.
Support pricing discussions and negotiations with clients by coordinating with internal teams to develop quotation proposals and finalize pricing agreements.
Coordinate shipment arrangements and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

II. Delivery Planning and Issue Resolution

Manage and resolve client concerns throughout the delivery process by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Proactively advance shipment plans by securing delivery schedules from clients following order confirmation.

III. Accounts Receivable and Payment Management

Support internal finance teams in ensuring timely completion of account reconciliations with clients.
Monitor and follow upon clients payment status to ensure payments are received in accordance with agreed terms and schedules.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing, reconciliation, and payment-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of receivables and proactively drive collection efforts to support healthy cash flow.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, order management, account coordination, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of order processing, shipment coordination, and customer support processes.
Experience supporting pricing activities, quotations, and commercial discussions with customers is an advantage.
Knowledge of accounts receivable processes, invoice reconciliation, and payment follow-up procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Planning.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer issues.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards of customer service.
