About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst - APAC Payroll (Singapore and India) who will support the delivery of end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring payroll activities are processed accurately, compliantly and within agreed timelines while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

Key Accountabilities

Execute end-to-end India payroll activities including payroll processing, payroll runs and post-payroll activities.
Manage payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations and payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy.
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and other statutory requirements.
Support payroll audits, governance reviews and compliance requirements.
Investigate and resolve payroll queries, discrepancies and complex payroll issues in a timely manner.
Support employee lifecycle payroll activities including onboarding, transfers, leave processing and Full & Final settlements.
Maintain payroll controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Partner closely with Payroll Advisory, HR, Finance and external payroll service providers to ensure effective payroll delivery.
Support payroll-related system enhancements, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute towards standardization, process efficiencies and service excellence across payroll operations.

About You

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have

Minimum 8 years of total experience with at least 6 years of relevant India payroll experience.
Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll processing, payroll execution and post-payroll activities.
Proven experience supporting payroll populations of approximately 1,000 employees or more.
Strong knowledge of Indian payroll legislation, labor law compliance, statutory deductions, taxation and payroll governance.
Experience supporting payroll audits, controls and compliance reviews.
SAP ECC payroll experience is highly preferred.
Strong MS Excel skills and analytical capability.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven payroll environment.
