We're partnering with an established private healthcare organisation in Singapore to appoint an experienced Industrial Relations Manager.

This is a specialist IR/ER role for someone who is comfortable being at the negotiation table, managing union relationships and advising management through complex and sensitive employee matters.

What you'll be taking on:

•Manage and strengthen union-management relationships

•Lead/support union negotiations, Collective Agreements and MOUs

•Handle complex grievances, disciplinary matters, misconduct and employment disputes

•Conduct/support workplace investigations and advise management on appropriate actions

•Provide guidance on Singapore employment & industrial relations legislation

•Partner closely with senior management and HR on sensitive IR/ER matters

What we're looking for:

✓ Around 8–12 years of relevant HR/IR/ER experience

✓ Strong hands-on union engagement & negotiation experience

✓ Experience handling Collective Agreements and/or MOUs

✓ Strong exposure to grievances, disciplinary cases and complex ER matters

✓ Good knowledge of Singapore employment and industrial relations practices

✓ Experience within a unionised or manpower-intensive environment is highly advantageous

✓ Healthcare experience is advantageous, but strong IR experience from other sectors is welcome
