What would you do To manage the loan operations process and team. Lead the team to ensure the production & quality TAT is met daily without any issues. More focused on client delivery, adding value to client. Drive Operations excellence effectively which includes adherence to OpEx documents (DTPs, FMEA, Control plans) are in place and ensure that its validated by the leads in regular intervals. Good rapport with client team and ensure all SLAs are met. Need string knowledge on Commercial lending & credit services. Should lead the client calls and address the queries raised by the multiple stakeholders (client / agent banks / attorneys / Borrowers / middle office) . Effectively monitor the operational metrics for tracking and reporting purpose. Need to have adequate controls in the process and ensure to take proactive actions rather than reactive. Drive Automation and innovation mindset among the team

What are we looking for nking Operations Manager – Responsibilities:

Manage a team of :150+ FTEs!
Manage multiple clients, stakeholders and more than one delivery centers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Good understanding in process like Deal Closing, Booking, processing Drawdowns, Rollovers, Disbursing advances to clients Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments, Collection of interest, ACH / Wire & Past Due Reconciliation, Payoff, Collateral maintenance & release, Escrow setup & Taxes, Account maintenance, Commercial Insurance and UCCs
Having knowledge of loan systems like nCino & ACBS Loan Systems. MTS Payment applications will be added advantage.
Suggest, drive & implement process improvements and synergies on an ongoing basis.
Lead / Drive initiatives across deals or tower effectively. ) - Attended a training course on this skill and/or has had brief exposure to this skill. - Uses basic terminology in regard to the skill. - Recognizes and/or articulates basic concepts, facts, methods, techniques in day-to-day work experiences. Roles and Responsibilities:
Effective Governance on a regular basis
Conduct Skip level meeting with team members in regular intervals.
Ensure all the deal level reporting data is shared on time without reminders.
Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with teammates and leadership to understand, implement, and support key strategic initiatives and solve operational issues.
Research complex issues utilizing internal and external resources and contacts.
Drive OpEx & Brilliant basis initiatives diligently.
Review The OpEx data at regular intervals and ensure it data correlation with all metrics.
Ensure that daily calls are conducted to coordinate, plan, schedule and execute activities within team.
Drive for continuous Improvement in operations across processes through ongoing communication and best-practice sharing.
Ensure that all the reporting activities were delivered according to schedule/requirements.
Mentor and coach the leads to be effective and ensure they provide the required assistance for the new employees to come up the learning curve.
Extend the support and consult with other departments within the bank (front office, middle office back office) as well as external contacts (Borrowers, Agent Banks, Trustees, etc.) for the execution of the reconciliation/pay-off/escrow analysis/Payment Rejection/Client Inquiries/disputes/Claims management/ Subpoena and other litigation support.
Drive product within the stringent timeline and improved quality.
Makes sure that the leads realize their responsibility and completes the task at hand and on time.
Independent decision-making skill is necessary.
Ensure that the team adheres 100% compliance to Process related Policies, Guidelines and Controls
Proven histories on driving projects through Automation / RPA / Process reengineering is preferred.
Conduct and drive Info sec awareness across the team members.
