Responsibilities

Manage procurement activities for indirect materials, MRO supplies, consumables, office supplies, spare parts, and floor stock items used in NW rack manufacturing environment.
Work closely with internal stakeholders including Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehouse, Facilities, and Finance teams to support operational requirements.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure stable supply, competitive pricing, and service quality.
Monitor supplier delivery performance, quality issues, and inventory levels to minimize production disruptions.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels for frequently used materials and support inventory optimization initiatives.
Create and manage purchase orders, invoices, delivery documentation, and procurement records in ERP systems.
Escalate and resolve supply-related issues including shortages, delivery delays, quality concerns, and urgent operational requests.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement processes, cost savings, inventory control, and supplier management.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Prepare procurement reports, data analysis, and other documentation as required.
Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within electronics, EMS, PCBA, or high-tech industries.
Strong knowledge of indirect procurement, MRO purchasing, and inventory management practices.
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and procurement-related transactions.
Strong supplier management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of procurement processes, documentation, and cost control principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing and office environment.
Flexibility to support business needs, including occasional overtime, weekend support, or business travel when required
