About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Card Product & Portfolio Manager / Consultant to lead the strategy, development, and performance of commercial card products. This role requires a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, portfolio performance, and customer engagement strategies within the cards and payments industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving portfolio growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for commercial cards, including corporate, business debit, travel, and virtual cards. Develop customer value propositions, competitive differentiation, and product positioning.

2. Portfolio Performance & Commercial Management: Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics such as acquisition, activation, spend, retention, and profitability. Develop dashboards and reports to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.

3. Customer Proposition & Experience: Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance customer journeys and improve customer experience. Drive digital capabilities for spend management and reporting.

4. Portfolio Growth & Customer Engagement: Design and execute lifecycle strategies, including acquisition, activation, retention, and cross-sell initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive campaigns and measure their effectiveness.

5. Cross-Functional Delivery & Governance: Lead product initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards. Support testing, operational readiness, and product launches.

Requirements:

7–10 years of experience in product management within cards, payments, transaction banking, or financial services.
Proven expertise in managing commercial card products such as corporate cards, travel cards, and virtual cards.
Strong understanding of card portfolio economics, P&L management, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
Experience launching new products, features, and portfolio growth initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing SME, mid-market, or corporate banking products.
Knowledge of B2B payments, expense management solutions, and virtual cards.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Experience working within a bank, card issuer, payment network, fintech, or consulting organization.
