What You'll Do

As an Organic Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring our social media presence is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content Creation
Draft and refine social media captions that align with brand tone, messaging, and campaign objectives.
Support the development of content and work with agencies and HUB teams to bring ideas to life

2. Social Media Management

Monitor posts to ensure they meet brand quality standards and guidelines
Support in making sure that posts are published on time

3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Track post performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
Support reporting with insights on content performance and recommendations

Assist in managing employee advocacy initiatives (Hilti Network)
Support Hilti Network content creation
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with internal teams and agencies to track deliverables and timelines
Ensure smooth execution of social content across multiple markets
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

You'll support the execution of social media topics across multiple markets, working closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure content meets brand standards and drives engagement.
