Key Responsibilities

Review scanned documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and correct page sequencing.
Label, organise, and save electronic records accurately within the document management system.
Maintain proper filing and organisation of digital records.
Ensure confidential documents are handled and disposed of in accordance with established procedures.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations.
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

What We're Looking For

Minimum GCE A Level, Diploma, or higher qualification.
Keen interest in the healthcare or medical industry.
