We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Assistant Service Delivery Manager to support the smooth delivery of IT services and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to maintain service quality, resolve operational issues, and support ongoing service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily service delivery activities and operational support.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure service commitments and customer expectations are consistently met.
Monitor service performance, incidents, and follow through on issue resolution.
Prepare service reports, documentation, and operational updates.
Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and coordination.
Support continuous service improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Coordinate project-related activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Escalate critical issues when required and assist in driving effective resolutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, Service Management, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Experience working in customer-facing service delivery environments.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in IT services, managed services, or infrastructure support is an advantage.
Familiarity with ITIL principles or service management frameworks is preferred.
Exposure to incident management, operational reporting, or service coordination is beneficial.
