We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Account Manager to accelerate growth for Tyvek® Roll Goods Consumer & Industrial (C&IC) across ASEAN.

This role will focus on developing demand for Tyvek® material across graphics, active packaging, industrial packaging, design and consumer goods, agriculture, electronics, and other emerging applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales and channel management experience, with background in specialty materials, flexible packaging, printing and graphics, nonwovens, industrial packaging, converting, or application-driven material sales preferred.

Job Responsibilities:-

Achieve and exceed sales targets for C&IC across ASEAN markets.
Develop growth opportunities across graphics, tags and labels, active packaging, industrial packaging, electronics, agriculture, design and consumer, and other emerging applications.
Build strong relationships with distributors, converters, printers, brand owners, end users, and value-chain partners to accelerate specification and adoption.
Manage and strengthen channel partners through clear business plans, pipeline reviews, application focus, and disciplined follow-up.
Identify customer unmet needs and translate them into new application opportunities, working closely with marketing, technical, product management, and supply chain teams.
Lead customer presentations, product positioning discussions, sample follow-up, qualification support, and value-selling activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and substitute materials to support business strategy and share defense.
Drive strong execution discipline through accurate forecasting, CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and cross-functional communication.

Job Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of B2B sales, business development, key account management, or channel management experience in specialty materials or industrial markets.
Preferred background in material solutions for consumer and industrial applications.
Experience working with distributors, converters, printers, OEMs, brand owners, or end users across ASEAN markets is highly preferred.
Strong ability to develop new applications, manage a sales pipeline, and convert customer needs into commercial opportunities.
Good understanding of value selling, price management, competitive positioning, and premium material differentiation.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, culturally adaptable, and comfortable working independently across multiple countries.
Fluent English is required Mandarin is a plus.
Willing and able to travel across ASEAN countries up to 50% of the time.
