Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Sales Manager to be part of their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team and ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and achieve overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while leading commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and strategic business partnerships.
Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, mentoring, and supporting capability development to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and develop strategies to strengthen market presence and customer retention.
Monitor sales performance, business pipeline, revenue forecasts, quotation conversion, and key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects, commercial activities, and customer expectations are effectively managed.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments to recommend strategies that enhance business competitiveness.
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Manage departmental budgets, sales planning, and resource allocation while driving operational efficiency and commercial excellence.
Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management, while supporting other commercial initiatives as required.
Perform ad-hoc initiative project as assigned when required.

Job Requirements:

Min Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Min 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales within a medical device or industrial sector.
Proven experience developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading commercial negotiations.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.
Willing to travel for customer meetings and business development activities when required.
Good communication skills
