Role Overview

The Production Project & Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring the operational and administrative integrity of the mosquito production facility. This position balances production floor supervision with essential administrative support, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and facility housekeeping standards. The successful candidate serves as a key liaison between the production team and management, driving process improvements and maintaining operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

. Operational Excellence

Oversee daily production floor operations, managing technician attendance and supporting rostering to address manpower requirements.
Maintain operational continuity by stepping in as a technician when staffing levels fall below the required threshold.
Execute regular quality and safety audits, ensuring strict adherence to production standards, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, and Arthropod Containment Guidelines.
Maintain high standards of facility housekeeping and cleanliness, proactively managing hazards such as slips, trips, and falls.
Drive operational efficiency and ensure safety adherence by identifying process improvements and maintaining meticulous production logs and records.
Collaborate with the Client onsite Operations Manager to develop and update SOPs and training materials.
Commitment to a 5-day work week, including rotational weekend and public holiday coverage as required (off-in-lieu provided).

. Administrative Oversight

Administer technician data in the AGHRM system, including attendance, leave, medical certificates, transport claims, and overtime, ensuring accuracy by the 2nd business day of each month and communicate with Client onsite Operations Manager for approval
Coordinate weekly updates with the Payroll team to ensure seamless administrative operations.
Systematically record, investigate, and track workplace incidents to ensure prompt resolution and documentation.
Maintain the asset tracking list and manage exit clearance procedures for departing staff.
Support Field administrative work as required when the Field Project Executive is unavailable.

. People & Performance Management

Facilitate induction training and onboarding for new team members in coordination with PgM and HR.
Conduct probation reviews and provide ongoing performance feedback, supporting Management in annual staff evaluation activities.
Foster positive team dynamics and address operational challenges, escalating critical matters to leadership in a timely manner.
Actively give and solicit actionable feedback from the team to refine processes, minimize errors, and boost team performance.

Core Requirements

. Qualifications

Minimum Diploma graduate.

. Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in facility or production operations, resource tracking, and team supervision(Manufacturing, Production Plant, Logistics)
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data management.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface with production staff and management.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and identify process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

. Physical Requirements

Medically fit and physically capable of performing facility inspections and working in a production environment.
