gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As an Engagement Manager, you will be key to creating an excellent end-to-end experience for Google's top Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery, product aligned growth plans, and enabling Sales objectives. gTech Engagement Managers serve as a unified services partner who design and orchestrate gTech end-to-end services, and represent gTech Ads to sellers and client executives. gTech Ads is a team of thought leaders, addressing our clients complex business issues, and program managers, designing plans and gathering resources to help accomplish our ambition for excellent end-to-end experience.

Job responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical and product advisor to Google's top Ads clients leadership by understanding how technology and media solutions can address their business issues, by acting as a collaborative and thought partner, architecting account and services plans to accomplish their goals, and effectively delivering effective ROI.
Understand client's businesses through technical consultation and media discovery by understanding clients annual and quarterly challenges/goals in collaboration with sales, assessing and prioritizing where gTech Ads can add value and drive uplift, and secure executive client buy-in.
Develop client growth plans, anchored on product, which represents the full multi-functional teams, discovery design, delivery services and solutions and debrief.
Orchestrate delivery of the services plan working closely with gTech Ads execution teams in region, Customer Experience and Media Solutions, of gTech Ads in market.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to interact with and serve Urdu speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications

Ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks, especially more technical and product relationships, navigating Google and client side to build relationships necessary to deliver against plans and projects.
Ability to grow in ambiguity, solve complex problems and navigate effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to adapt a narrative to both technical and business audiences, including C-levels audiences.
Strong technical consultation, product and media skills enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against the growth plans and pod objectives.
Evidence of commercially minded decision-making skills when navigating prioritization.
