About the Role

We're looking for an experienced PMO / Project Manager to support the end-to-end launch of a Commercial Card Programme. You'll work with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and external partners to deliver a successful card launch from planning through post-launch stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead PMO activities for an end-to-end commercial card launch.
Develop and manage project plans, governance, RAID logs, milestones, and executive reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing.
Drive testing activities (SIT, UAT, operational readiness, cutover, and hypercare).
Manage third-party vendors, card processors, and payment network dependencies.
Ensure timely delivery while managing risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

7–10 years of Project Management or PMO experience within Banking, Cards, Payments, or FinTech.
Experience delivering an end-to-end card launch, issuer implementation, or card platform migration.
Strong understanding of the card issuing ecosystem and card lifecycle.
Experience managing testing, governance, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

Commercial Cards / Corporate Cards / Purchasing Cards / Business Debit / Virtual Cards.
Issuer processing or payment network experience.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
Experience working within a bank or financial institution.
