We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support the development and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across our specialist healthcare businesses.

What You'll Do

Work closely with the Head of Marketing to conceptualise and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that support business priorities and growth objectives, while driving patient acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness for assigned business units.
Engage regularly with doctors, business managers and key stakeholders to identify business opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, align thought-leadership initiatives, and provide performance updates and recommendations.
Develop content across owned channels, including patient education materials, doctor thought-leadership content, service-related content, websites, social media, EDMs and print collateral.
Drive media relations, PR opportunities and strategic partnerships to profile the Group's doctors and acquire new patients.
Monitor and analyse campaign, channel and business performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other marketing analytics tools to optimise patient acquisition, engagement and return on investment.
Manage existing digital platforms, including websites, marketing automation tools and social media channels. Identify, implement and manage new digital tools where required.
Collaborate closely with the Performance & Digital Growth Lead and digital marketing agencies to support SEO, paid media and digital-acquisition initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure appropriate tracking mechanisms are in place to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
Ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives through effective project coordination, stakeholder communication, and regular reporting on campaign and patient-acquisition performance.

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in the healthcare or medical industry will be preferred.
Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
Experience managing business units, digital marketing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, content marketing, social media management and Google Analytics, with working knowledge of SEO/GEO, SEM and digital marketing principles.
Strategic and data-driven, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate marketing data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and project-management skills. Strong copywriting skills will be an advantage.
A good degree in Business, with a major in Marketing, is preferred. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant marketing experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in graphic design, video production or video editing will be a bonus.
