Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source and attract talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide timely updates and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Track hiring progress, recruitment metrics, and pipeline activities to ensure hiring targets are achieved.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across different functions and seniority levels.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives, while identifying new sourcing methods to attract quality talent.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree with at least 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven, resourceful, and proactive, with strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building capabilities.
