Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of employee relations, serving as the key liaison between the company, employees, and clients.
Handle employee enquiries, grievances, payroll-related matters, and disciplinary cases in accordance with company policies.
Advise management on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and staff management matters.
Investigate employee misconduct, workplace conflicts, and policy violations, recommending appropriate resolutions.
Coordinate the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, resignations, terminations, retrenchments, and exit interviews.
Support the administration of compensation and benefits.
Act as the primary client contact for employee-related matters, including performance, attendance, deployment, timesheets, and operational requirements.
Ensure timely submission of timesheets, attendance records, and required documentation in compliance with company and client requirements.
Conduct regular site visits and employee engagement activities, including visits to company-provided accommodation where required.
Facilitate project planning and manpower requirements with clients and internal stakeholders to support operational needs.
Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance by coordinating safety requirements, monitoring employee adherence to regulations, and assisting with incident reporting and follow-up.
Maintain accurate employee, project, and WSH records, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance employee engagement and operational effectiveness.
Perform any other duties or ad hoc assignments as assigned by Management.

Skills & Experience

Good communication skills, positive mind-set, self-motivated and target driven candidates preferred
People oriented
Able to adhere to our organisation's standard practices and work ethics
Knowledge of HR experience & MOM legislations
Able to work with clients of various positions
Experience in Aerospace Engineering Industry a major plus
