About the Role

We are hiring a Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to bring our client's brand to life across a wide range of channels and formats. This is an active, highly collaborative role where you will operate as the sole internal graphic designer, partnering closely with the marketing team and fulfilling cross-departmental requests.

The successful candidate will possess a holistic, critical-thinking mindset rather than a purely transactional approach. You will design high-impact visuals ranging from paid social ads and web assets to sales enablement decks and short videos. You must have an innate eye for user design to provide strategic aesthetic direction for website enhancements.

Work hours: US EST (Preferred shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)

What you'll do

Digital Campaign Design: Design, test, and optimize high-performing creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across various digital and social platforms.
Email & Newsletter Visuals: Create visually engaging email marketing templates that align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and modern design standards.
Sales Enablement & Marketing Collateral: Develop professional sales enablement materials, including two-pagers, client presentations, PowerPoint decks, and promotional collateral.
Web & UI/UX Optimization: Use your strong eye for user design to influence website appearance and layout, collaborating with developers to enhance web graphics and user experience
Video & Motion Graphics: Edit and produce short-form video and motion graphics content for social, web, and active marketing campaigns.
Project Management & Collaboration: Actively manage design backlogs, requests, and deadlines via project management tools to keep pace with a fast-moving, agency-style environment.
Cultural Engagement: Attend internal meetings actively on-camera, contributing to a collaborative, communicative, and tight-knit team culture.

What You Bring:

Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a marketing, B2B, SaaS, or agency environment.
Strong Portfolio: A diverse, professional portfolio showcasing marketing asset designs, digital ads, and B2B collateral (mandatory for application).
Tool Proficiency: High proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint for day-to-day corporate assets. Strong execution skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to step in when asset requests exceed Canva's limitations.
Project Management: Working knowledge of project management tracking tools such as ClickUp, Monday, Asana, or Trello.
Design Intuition: Excellent understanding of layout, typography, grid systems, color theory, and user design principles that resonate with executive audiences.
Communication & Presence: Outstanding English communication skills. Fully comfortable collaborating remotely across multiple departments, maintaining high responsiveness on Microsoft Teams, and participating in meetings with video enabled

Preferred Qualifications:

Direct experience designing for cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex B2B technology brands.
Advanced motion graphics or animation experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
Basic technical knowledge of HTML or collaborative UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch.
