As a CBRE Property Executive, you will be the key front line of CBRE in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives. This role includes supervision to ensure that the Soft Services and Events under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Act as the on-site representative for soft services, ensuring seamless delivery of services such as cleaning, front-of-house, waste management, landscaping, and event support in line with contractual requirements and service level agreements.
Support the Facilities Manager in planning and coordinating soft services operations and event management activities, including resource allocation, vendor coordination, event logistics, service scheduling, and preparation of reports and cost estimates.
Manage and oversee daily soft services delivery and event execution, ensuring optimal manpower deployment, high service quality, and compliance with client expectations, health and safety standards, and contractual obligations.
Conduct regular inspections of service areas, tenant spaces, and event setups to ensure cleanliness, presentation standards, and readiness; proactively identify and resolve service gaps to maintain a positive occupant and guest experience.
Monitor service performance through KPIs, audits, and client feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing overall service delivery, operational efficiency, and event experience.

What You'll Need

Diploma in Facilities / Building Management / M&E Engineering preferred with 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a Diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Tier 4 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation by SIFMA will have an added advantage.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrate high professional integrity by maintaining an objective, neutral, and collaborative approach to all workplace interactions.
Possesses Fire Safety Manager and / or Environmental Control Coordinator(S) cert will have an added advantage
