Job Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Repair
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor tools (Dicing, Wafer Mounter, Stealth Dicing, Auto Die Separator).
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
Replace defective parts and ensure minimal downtime.
Assist in the setup, installation, and qualification of new semiconductor equipment.
Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and work with engineers to implement solutions.
Optimize tool performance to enhance yield and production efficiency.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Follow safety and cleanroom protocols to comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with engineers, production staff, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Suggest improvements to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.

Job Requirements

Diploma/NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Willing to work 12-hour shift
