Work Hours: 5-day work week | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Occasional overtime/weekend support required during peak sales promotions)

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Operations Executive to join our growing telecommunications wholesale business. In this role, you will manage daily order processing, inventory coordination, returns management, and logistics administration for mobile phones and gadgets across multiple sales channels. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational workflows, accurate documentation, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

. Order Management: Generate and process Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Orders (DO) for the warehouse and logistics teams.

. Tracking & Documentation: Monitor order tracking records and maintain accurate operational and transaction documentation.

. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaison closely with Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless and timely order fulfillment.

. Returns & RMA Handling: Manage customer returns, conduct physical inspections of gadgets, segregate good from faulty items, and maintain proper documentation.

. Vendor & Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers, service centers, and vendors regarding defective products and replacements.

. Inventory Control: Coordinate product conversion activities and support load inventory processing with accurate system updates.

. Administrative Support: Maintain neat records and organized filing of all operational transactions.

Requirements

Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in operations, order processing, or customer service support.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business Central, SAP) is highly advantageous.
Attributes: Meticulous with strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong communication skills for internal and external liaison. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Eligibility: Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are highly preferred.
