Job Description

Collect, validate, and maintain data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity for analysis and reporting purposes.
Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and performance reports to monitor key business metrics, including delivery performance, inventory management, and service operations.
Analyze data trends and generate meaningful insights, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, develop improvement initiatives, implement corrective actions, and track progress against targets.
Monitor and follow up on action plans to ensure timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes.
Provide administrative support and assist in coordinating business performance improvement activities as required.

Job Requirement

Diploma in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficient in data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and relevant programming languages.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to undertake both analytical and administrative responsibilities, including close monitoring and follow-up of outstanding action items.
Able to actively participate in corporate initiatives, including Management by Objectives (MBO), continuous improvement projects, and organizational development activities.
