[What you will be working on]

The Diploma in Integrated Community Care focuses on equipping students with the essential skills and knowledge required to take on operational and management roles in Singapore's dynamic health, social, and community care sectors. It prepares graduates to effectively support integrated care models, addressing their complexities, fostering innovation, volunteerism and emerging technology within these domains.

The Associate Lecturer will:
. Deliver academic and instructional duties for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes.
. Design, review, and update curriculum to ensure relevance to the sector and uphold academic governance.
. Supervise students in final-year projects.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements
. A degree in nursing, allied health, social work, public health, health administration, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
. 3-5 years of relevant experience in the social care, community care or healthcare sector (e.g., aged care, primary care, integrated care settings, ILTC providers, VWOs, or public health institutions).
. Working knowledge and/or experience in areas such as:
o Integrated care models and frameworks
o Community health and social care coordination
o Gerontology and active ageing
o Health promotion and chronic disease management
o Multi-disciplinary care planning
o Healthcare, social care and community care operations management
o HealthTech
. Familiarity with local health care , social care and community care systems and government initiatives (e.g., Healthier SG, Community Networks for Seniors) is preferred.
. Passionate about education, student development, and building manpower for the integrated care sector.
. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and project outcomes.
. Strong communication, planning, and organisation skills, with attention to detail.
