Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential customers, decision makers, and target accounts, including evaluating market strategies and deal requirements.
Develop and progress sales pipelines through all stages to deal closure, ensuring accurate CRM and sales system data management.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to support deal closure through effective pitches, negotiation, and account strategies.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors via direct engagement and distribution partners.
Support development of budget forecasts, sales targets, and pricing/quotation strategies for the SEA market in coordination with Sales teams.
Identify and support strategic partnerships and alliances to expand business reach and market opportunities.
Provide frontline marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers.
Analyze sales and market data to support management decision-making.
Participate in trade events and industry associations, and support development of technical papers and marketing materials.
Serve as a subject matter expert in power products, industry standards, and on-site power system design and integration.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience in power generation sales.
Strong proven track record in both direct and channel sales.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Results-driven mindset with strong competitiveness and business acumen.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
