The role of Investment Consultant / Relationship Manager focuses on helping individuals and families grow and protect their wealth while building long-term, trust-based relationships. Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on both asset growth and protection
Conduct regular reviews of clients financial portfolios to identify opportunities and risks
Recommend tailored, needs-based financial solutions aligned with clients goals
Present and promote a wide range of financial products and services
Actively participate in business development and client acquisition initiatives
Respond to client enquiries professionally through both face-to-face and remote channels
Deliver high standards of service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Main requirements:

A diploma or degree, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive mindset and willingness to learn (candidates new to the financial industry are welcome)

Candidates with the following will have an advantage:

At least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry (for Relationship Manager consideration)
Relevant financial advisory experience and certifications such as CMFAS M5, M6, M8, M9, and HI
