Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Service Specialist to support the company in handling technical inquiries and order management, ensuring seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing technical support to customers including technical order review, order processing.
Ensure timely delivery and provide product problem recognition/resolution.
Provide technical information/education for customers and identify opportunities to improve product quality, delivery, and service.
Any other assignment from supervisor.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of technical customer service experience, preferably within the Semiconductor/ Manufacturing Industry.
A diploma in a related field is preferred or equivalent working experience is required. (Technical or engineering disciplines are welcome to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excel and proficient with customer order management systems.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Strong problem solving/analytical skills with a customer service mindset.
A collaborative team player with proven organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in production management and cross-sites production allocation coordination and collaborate with sales & operation teams to resolve production/delivery issues a bonus.

Working hours:

12-hour Swing Shift Employees

Working Hours: 9 am-9 pm (4 On, 3 Off) Followed by (3 On, 4 Off)
Weekends Required
