Key Responsibilities

Lead the conceptual design and RFP preparation for the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems in a 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant.
Supervise and track the design progress of I&C contractors and design consultants.
Manage on-site construction schedules and oversee the commissioning of the I&C package.
Familiar with Emerson DCS system is preference

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Experience with I&C systems in a 300mm fab facility.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Instrumentation and Control systems.
Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills, with experience in construction projects.
