Job Summary:

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause and be part of a compassionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Make salary proposals for new hires.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Oversee staff offboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring workplace harmony.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Support in the annual performance review and compensation review exercise.
Manage staff insurance enrollment, review, and termination.
Coordinate employee professional development sponsorship.
Manage internship programs by liaising with institutes and stakeholders.
Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation.
Act as a secretary or secretariat for the HR sub-committee.
Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Any other ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR roles, with demonstrated experience in recruitment and hiring.
Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
