We are seeking an experienced Server Administrator with strong expertise in Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, Lotus Domino/Notes, and SharePoint administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise server infrastructure, supporting messaging and collaboration platforms, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring high availability of IT services.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Lotus Domino Administration, setup, and maintenance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Windows Server administration and support.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Linux server administration and maintenance.
Experience in applying Windows and Linux patches, OS upgrades, and troubleshooting server-related issues.
Knowledge of VMware Horizon View Virtual Desktop Administration is an added advantage.
Exposure to SharePoint Server administration, setup, and maintenance is preferred.
Good understanding of server infrastructure, messaging systems, and collaboration platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Domino / Lotus Notes Administration

Manage, administer, and support Domino servers and related services.
Troubleshoot mail routing, mail agents, and Domino server-related issues.
Support users with database creation, replication, messaging (mail, SMS, pager), and service requests.
Monitor and maintain Domino servers to ensure system availability and performance.
Maintain server statistics, reporting, and mail antivirus pattern updates.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve office systems infrastructure.
Coordinate with project teams for operational reporting, analysis, and support activities.

SharePoint Administration

Configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint Farms including Web Front-End, Application, and SQL servers.
Troubleshoot SharePoint infrastructure and farm-related issues.
Support creation of web applications, site collections, and day-to-day SharePoint service requests.
Monitor and maintain SharePoint environments to ensure service availability.
Support SharePoint upgrade planning, risk assessment, and version evaluation activities.
Generate and maintain SharePoint server availability and operational reports.
Collaborate with project teams for SharePoint operations, analysis, and reporting.

Server & Infrastructure Support

Administer Linux and Windows server environments and related services.
Perform patching, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise servers.
Ensure system stability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Support infrastructure operations, documentation, and system monitoring activities.
Perform additional administration and support tasks assigned by management.
