Role Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of direct labour workers, ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower needs in production, assembly, logistics, and cleanroom operations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, familiarity with high-volume hiring, and the ability to navigate workforce regulations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for direct labour roles (e.g., material handlers, machine operators, assembly workers, cleanroom workers).
Manage interview scheduling, coordinate with HR, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, networking and career fairs
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Singapore's Employment Act and company policies in recruitment practices.
Support onboarding processes and handover to HR operations.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on direct labour/manufacturing roles.
Strong knowledge of Singapore's labour market and workforce regulations.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with vocational training institutions and polytechnic pipelines.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight timelines.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in change management and candidate engagement strategies.

Budget: Up to $4.5k/mth

Location: North

(1-year contract renewable)
